1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Custom and made-to-order drums may take 14 additional days for production.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide.
- Delivery times vary by location:
- Domestic orders (within Serbia): Estimated 3-7 business days after shipping.
- International orders: Estimated 7-21 business days after shipping.
- Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs processing in your country.
3. International Shipping

- We ship worldwide to most countries.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid upon delivery.

4. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours to reflect in the system.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Bahatt Drums is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments after they have been marked as delivered. Please check with your local carrier for assistance.
- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to material or regional regulations.
7. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pay customs fees, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
